Hello,

All of my Sametime servers with TURN_Server are in DMZ . I use release 8.5.2IFR1. All of my Sametime client is in 8.5.2IFR1.

I have activate NAT Traversal under the Media Manager. So all internal or external users can see button Call with computer.

Multipoint calls inside or outside meeting room are ok with or without external users. But i can't make direct call with an external users, sametime try a direct connection. This function is ok between two internal users. Have you got an idea about this issue ?
